URGENT NOTICE

Some homeowners have been misinterpreting the enclosure included with the 3rd quarter 2010 assessment statements. This enclosure was meant to notify Loggers’ Run owners about the change in address for the Management office ONLY. All payments MUST be sent to the TAMPA address as indicated on the payment slip. DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENTS TO THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE.




Dropping off Maintenance Payments at the Management Office

It has come to our attention that even if you hand carry your quarterly maintenance payment to the Management office so it arrives at the accounting office on time, that is no longer the way the payments are recorded. Payments must be sent to Tampa to go through the accounting system of a lock box and be applied to your account. This has resulted in a longer period of time until the association receives your payment.

For the above referenced reason, we will no longer accept your payment through the management office. You must send your payment with the quarterly statement to the Tampa address on said statement.

If for any reason you lose your statement, you must contact Goldman, Juda & Eskew at 954-577-9700 and ask for the address of the LOCK BOX account in Tampa. Make sure your account number is on your check(s). You may also go to our web site, click on “about us”’ and the first thing you will see is an area to click on to request information about your maintenance account.

Thank you for your understanding. Our Management personnel have been advised to no longer accept payments.

Beginning March 2, 2010, Loggers' Run's ACC meeting day has been changed to the 3rd MONDAY of every month. You must still have your application in to the association by the last Thursday of the prior month. Sub-Association applications must be submitted to their Boards for review prior to coming to the Loggers' Run meeting.

New Watering Rules in Palm Beach County

Effective March 15, 2010, the South Florida Water Management District has enacted new year round watering rules for South Florida. In unincorporated areas of Palm Beach County (includes Loggers' Run) homeowners with odd addresses may water Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Even numbered addresses may water Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. The only exception is that no watering is allowed on those days between 10:00am and 4:00pm.

Additionally, new lawns and landscaping may be watered in at anytime for the first 30 days EXCEPT on Fridays. From 31-90 days you may water Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Saturdays. Again, no watering is allowed between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
